Lamb of God Nativity Service Hours

Posted on Nov 15 2018 - 10:02pm

We have a significant impact on the church's ability to setup and break down for this event.  I hear it every year that, without us, it takes MANY HOURS, and with us it takes maybe 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Sign up for setup here and breakdown here.

Merit Badge College Registration is Open (Jan 12th and Feb 2)

Posted on Nov 15 2018 - 10:02pm
It's time to register for Merit Badge College!

Scouts may sign up for three Merit Badges offered during three sessions: Session 1: 9:00 – 10:45; Session 2: 11:00 – 1:30 (includes 45 minute lunch break) and Session 3: 1:45 – 3:30. Class sessions are for both Saturdays and most will require off site work (homework) and/or field trips in order to complete all requirements. Attendance alone will not result in all requirements being completed. Each Scout must participate and demonstrate they have met each requirement.

Scout’s may not sign up for more than two Eagle required merit badges. Scoutmasters must discuss all merit badge choices that their Scouts sign up for. Minimum age requirements are in () to right of Merit Badge.

The cost per Scout is $23.00 which includes Merit Badge books and a patch. Everyone must pay $23.00, even if they only sign up for one or two Merit Badges.

Scouts will need to bring pen or pencil and workbooks (recommended). If a Merit Badge requires additional expenses the Scout will be told in advance so they can bring money to the first class and pay the Counselor directly.

Scouts should bring sack lunches OR pre order a lunch from the OA!!
